How to Make Sauto from Tegal







Ingredients :

  1. 1 chiken cut in 4 parts, and biled with water until tender
  2. 1 stalk lemongrass crushed
  3. 3 bay leaves
  4. 3 pieces of lime leaves
  5. 1 tablespoon of salt

Seasoning sauto Tegal :
* seasoning for sauto soup mashed*
  1. 5 cloves garlic
  2. 10 spring onions
  3. 1/2 tsp ground pepper 
  4. 1 tsp sugar
  5. 3 cm ginger crushed
  6. 2 cm turmeric
Ingredients of Tauco sauce :
*mashed it all
  1. 2 cloves garlic 
  2. 5 grains of red onion
  3. 10 pieces of curly red chili + 20 pieces of chili boiled
  4. 2   hazelnut
  5. 5 tablespoons or more for matching taste 
  6. 2 tsp palm sugar
Complementary ingredients :
  1. Chives, chopped
  2. fried onions
  3. lemon
  4. sprouts brewed
  5. sweet soy sauce
How to make it :
  1. Boil chiken, bay leaves, water, lime leaves, lemon grass, and salt until chicken is tender. lift the chicken meat and set aside boiled water. fry it until the colour is golden brown and shredded it.
  2. Saute the crushed spices and ginger until cooked.insert chicken into boiling water. boil and cook until the flavour seep to it.
  3. saute the tauco sauce, then enter sauce and palm sugar, add 50 ml of water, and cook until boiling, set aside.
  4. place in a bowl of ricw, bean sprouts,  2-3 tablespoons tauco souce, shredded chicken, sprinkle onion leaves, pour the soup sauce and then sprinkle with onions.serve with soy sauce and lime juice.
