healthy life

lifestyle is very important, life style really take effect to your healthy, for example everyday you never eat fruits or even vegetables and when breakfast, have a lunch or dinner you often eat with junk food, actually your body is full of illness because junk food does not supply your nutrient and even it's too many carbohydrate, sugar and high fat content, it can cause of some dangerous illness to you like cancer, diabetes and hypertension. 
sports is one good way to make your body more healthy, such as jogging or play a sport game like football, basketball or tennis, or even if you don't have a lot of time to do it all because you are so busy, you also can do the small sport such as running in place or just do the stretching. because sport makes your body waste a lot of sweat which mean waste a lot of toxins from our body, it also makes our body fresher and stronger againts diseases.
in addition eating fruits and vegetables is very important too, because of eating fruits and vegetables, our body nutritional needs will be met. So from now we should be avoid to eating junk food and start exercising and often fruits and vegetables ^_^
